Yesterday, we celebrated Tim Kaasa's incredible career as he stepped into retirement. For those who know Panels Plus, you know Tim. His expertise, candor, and unwavering dedication have been instrumental to our success and the success of countless others in the building components industry.
Tim’s contributions go far beyond his title in Business Development. Over the years, he’s become a trusted educator and advisor, guiding companies of all sizes—either starting out or well-established—to streamline their processes and build stronger, more efficient operations. From designing facilities from the ground up to equipping businesses with the tools they need to thrive, Tim’s insight has left a lasting impact on the industry.
Tim’s “tell-it-like-it-is” approach earned the respect and trust of everyone he worked with. Whether it was guiding a company through its first steps or fine-tuning the operations of a long-established business, Tim was always ready with the right advice—and often, a bit of wit to go along with it.
We cannot thank Tim enough for the time, knowledge, and heart he has poured into Panels Plus and the relationships he has built throughout his career. His legacy is one of excellence, honesty, and commitment to making the industry better for everyone.
