CM Gridiron | Ashville Bulldogs Community

CM Gridiron is continuing to work toward growing support and followers from every school community across our coverage area, and today we want to spotlight the Ashville Bulldogs community.

We would love to continue expanding our coverage of Ashville athletes, teams, coaches, cheerleaders, band members, and programs throughout the school year. The more interaction and support we receive from a school community, the easier it becomes for us to recognize athletes and keep up with performances, accomplishments, and nominations.

CM Gridiron currently covers football, volleyball, flag football, cheerleaders, band members, coaches, teams, boys’ basketball, girls’ basketball, softball, and baseball. We are also considering adding soccer coverage in the future if enough support is shown from school communities.

Please help us spread the word throughout the Ashville community. Invite athletes, parents, students, coaches, and fans to come follow CM Gridiron so we can continue building coverage and recognition for Ashville athletics.

CM Gridiron | Cheerleader Spotlight | Dezyree Oliver | Albertville Aggies

Presented By: H & H Printing

Dezyree Oliver is preparing to enter her senior year at Albertville High School and is looking forward to another season representing the Aggies as a Varsity Cheerleader. Throughout her cheerleading journey, Dezyree has embraced every aspect of the sport and the opportunities it provides both on and off the sidelines.

When asked about her favorite part of cheerleading, Dezyree finds it difficult to choose just one thing. From the many hours spent practicing and the long days at competitions to pep rallies, Friday night football games, and basketball season, she enjoys every moment she shares with her teammates. The friendships built through cheer have created memories that she will carry with her long after her high school career comes to an end.

What makes cheerleading even more meaningful to Dezyree is the impact it can have on others. She appreciates the younger girls who look up to the cheerleaders as role models, as well as the coaches and community members who continually support the program. Those relationships and connections help make the experience special and inspire her to represent Albertville with pride.

As she enters her senior season, Dezyree is excited to make more memories with her teammates and continue serving as a positive example for those who follow in her footsteps. CM Gridiron wishes Dezyree and the Albertville Aggies a great 2026-2027 season.

CM Gridiron | Cheerleader Spotlight | Audrey Cornelius | Oneonta Redskins

Presented By: H & H Printing

Audrey Cornelius is a junior at Oneonta High School and is entering her third year as a varsity cheerleader for the Redskins. Over the past three seasons, she has enjoyed representing her school, supporting Oneonta athletics, and building strong friendships with her teammates through cheerleading.

For Audrey, some of her favorite moments come during cheer camp and Friday Night Lights. She enjoys the time spent with her teammates at camp, where they work together, improve their skills, and grow closer as a team. The experiences shared during camp help build the trust and friendships that carry over throughout the season.

Friday night football games are equally special to Audrey. The excitement of game day, the energy from the crowd, and the opportunity to support the Redskins alongside her teammates make Friday nights memorable. She values the bonds formed through cheerleading and appreciates the moments that bring the team together both on and off the sidelines.

CM Gridiron wishes Audrey and the Oneonta Redskins Cheerleading squad the best of luck during the upcoming season.
