Today, Team 1 Plastics celebrated a major milestone for Will Adams. Will began his journey with us in 2011 on the production floor as a PQA, and in 2015 he started his formal training through the RMTC at Kellogg Community College.

Over the years, he completed 116 training modules - nearly 500 hours of hands‑on learning - leading to his Journeyman Certificate in Mechatronics and the completion of his USDOL Apprenticeship in June 2026. This July, Will was officially promoted to Journeyman Mechatronics Technician.

During today’s luncheon, Will shared a heartfelt message:
“Thank you to Team 1 Plastics for the opportunity.”

We’re proud to celebrate his hard work, dedication, and incredible growth.

🚧 Expansion Update 🚧

The large plastic tarp separating the existing building from the new expansion has officially been removed, and now the whole space finally feels connected! The epoxy flooring is complete, heaters and lights are installed in the ceiling, and the expansion is really starting to come together.

It’s exciting to see the vision becoming reality, one milestone at a time!
