Training in the lab is one thing. Watching it come together on the roof is another. ☀️

Unirac Field Installation Specialist Riley Neugebauer recently joined the GRID Alternatives Colorado crew at Montbello High School in Denver for a GRIDFLEX® 10D installation. Riley walked the roof with the team, answered questions, and supported the crew as the system took shape.

It was a full-circle moment. Earlier this year, the GRID Alternatives team spent a day in the UNIRAC lab getting hands-on experience with GRIDFLEX® 10D. Now, that same system is being installed on a Denver high school.

Working alongside the crews who install our products is where we learn the most. We see how the details come together, understand the realities of an active jobsite, and identify opportunities to keep improving.

GRID Alternatives Colorado does incredible work to expand access to solar across the state while preparing workers for careers in the industry. Thank you for having us on-site, and congratulations on a great-looking installation!

Another great day at the Unirac Denver Test Lab! ☀️

We hosted the install team from Conundrum Technologies for a hands-on training session with GRIDFLEX® 5D, 10D, and ECOFOOT® 2+. Riley Neugebauer, Gary Norman, and Chris Berg walked the crew through system install sequences, best practices, and the details that make a job go faster in the field.

The best part of a day like this is that it works in both directions. Our team learns just as much from the people putting these systems on roofs every day, as the crews learn from us.
