It has been a busy winter and spring, but I just completed a fantastic project with on Salado Polychrome/Roosevelt Red Ware (left image) and phyllite-tempered plain ware (right image) from a site along the Middle Gila. It is nice to return to this material and find the same strong patterns for specialized production. That's common for the Phoenix Basin over the long term. Fun work!
