A few behind the scenes moments of the final stages of construction completion on the TAG Solar & BESS project in Sandoval County, New Mexico.

Gridworks is proud to be the EPC for this 140 MWac solar + 50 MW battery energy storage project that will power Meta's nearby data center, provide numerous economic opportunities to the region, and strengthen New Mexico’s grid with renewable energy.

The project came to life through the hard work and dedication of our incredible project team and our partners - Exus Renewables North America, Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM), Array Technologies, Boviet Solar, and many others. A huge thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly to turn vision into reality!

This week, our Procurement Team gathered in-person for their quarterly teambuilding - making the most of their time together with face-to-face collaboration and process improvement planning.

A few team members also had the opportunity to embrace an iconic ABQ experience: riding the Sandia Peak Tramway to the top of the Sandia Mountains, soaring over 10,000 feet above the city for a truly unforgettable sunset.

From the rolling Green Mountains of Virginia to the vast deserts of Nevada and across the wide-open plains of Texas, Gridworks and our partners came together for Construction Safety Week 2025 – a powerful reminder that safety is more than just a priority. It’s a collective responsibility and a core value that defines our work.

This year’s theme, “All In Together,” emphasized the power of unity in building a strong safety culture, encouraging our teams to:

✅ Plan with Precision: Assess every task, identify potential hazards, and proactively implement strategies to prevent incidents.

✅ Own Your Part: Take personal responsibility for the safety of yourself and your teammates, creating a culture where speaking up is second nature.

✅ Commit to Excellence: Keep safety at the core of every action, driving the quality, reliability, and innovation that Gridworks is known for.

Throughout the week, these principles came to life through engaging luncheons that sparked critical safety conversations, proactive hazard identification exercises, training sessions that reinforced safe work practices, and raffles and team-building activities that celebrated our shared commitment to safety.

These efforts collectively reinforced our Power 4 LIFE safety culture, ensuring that every worker has the knowledge, tools, and support needed to go home safely at the end of each day. Safety is more than just a commitment for one week; it is a core part of our daily work.

We are especially proud of reaching 1 million hours without a loss-time incident, receiving our 1st U.S. patent, and being recognized for solar project of the year.
