We are a growing Dispatching company based in Albuquerque New Mexico
Servicing tow companies in the California bay area
Quick Dispatch is a Telephone and Computer-based company and is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.
We believe in a strong work ethic great customer service and time management if you are a hard-working and driven individual this may be the job for you!
We’re looking for Motivated Dispatchers The pay range we’re offering is 9.00 – 11.00 Hr
Training will be 9.00 Hr
Requirements:
Basic Computer skills
Customer service: Candidates must have knowledge of providing excellent customer service - call center experience is preferred
Attention to details
Multitasking
Geography: Candidates must understand Google map, as well as landmarks, public buildings, and waterways
The ability to develop and maintain cooperative and professional relationships with fellow employees, representatives from contractors, and supervisors
The ability to use logic and reasoning to reach conclusions and approaches to problems
The ability to use judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate situations, establish priorities, and resolve matters
The ability to think quickly
The ability to work under stressful situations
The ability to actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearing
The ability to establish priorities and pass on information as needed
