Sanding isn’t the flashy part of the job, but it’s one of the most important. Taking the time to do it right is what makes all the difference in how the finished floor looks, and how long it lasts.

One thing people are often surprised by is that we use HEPA-certified dust containment systems throughout the sanding process. It makes for a cleaner job while still delivering the quality results we’re after.

Watching old hardwood come back to life never gets old. It’s one of our favorite parts of the job.

❌👋🏼 Goodbye carpet! This floor features 5” plank select grade White Oak finished naturally with a soft low-sheen finish, allowing the grain and character of the wood to really stand out without the heavy shine.

🤩 Natural or stained floors — which do you prefer? This Red Oak was finished with a satin water-based coat to keep it light, clean, and timeless. We’re honestly obsessed with how the grain pops without any color added.
