What an incredible week in Gallup!
We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many members of the community, hear your stories, and share information about the RECA program.
As fellow New Mexicans, one of the most meaningful parts of this experience was meeting others whose families have also been personally affected. Those conversations were a powerful reminder that this is more than a program—it is about real people, real families, and generations of communities that have carried these burdens for far too long.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared their experiences, and placed their trust in us. We are honored to be part of these important conversations and grateful for the opportunity to help people better understand the resources and support that may be available to them.
The strength, resilience, and hope we witnessed this past week were truly inspiring. It means so much to see New Mexico and others affected finally receiving the recognition and justice that so many individuals and families have fought for and deserve.
