Dear Stakeholder:
Pursuant to our obligations under the NM DD Act 28-16A-16 Letter F, DDSD is embarking on a rate study for both the DD and Mi Via Waivers.
The Rate study would commence in the fall of this year and conclude by the end of the current state fiscal year June 30, 2023.
This would allow the division to use the conclusions from the rate study in the state fiscal year 2025 budget request (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).
In accordance with our commitment for transparency and partnership, DDSD is soliciting feedback on important services, areas, and issues that our stakeholder community would like to ensure are addressed.
