AKARD COMMUTATOR of TENNESSEE (ACT)

This particular slip ring is another prime example of WORLD’S FASTEST DELIVERIES from AKARD COMMUTATOR of TENNESSEE!

Unit arrived at ACT this morning and was issued to Engineering at 11:06am!

Unit was issued for Production from Engineering at 12:05!

Unit was completed by Production and pics taken by Quality Control at 6:20pm today….same day as arrival!

Boxed unit was delivered to UPS for SATURDAY AM DELIVERY at 7:14pm…SAME DAY AS RECEIPT FROM CUSTOMER!

There is NO OTHER SOURCE for similar delivery commitment on the planet and there were ZERO shortcuts on quality….just good, old fashioned HARD WORK to rescue our customer’s end user customer from a dire BREAKDOWN EMERGENCY!

This is just one of the many reasons why ACT is continuing to grow in a declining marketplace year after year after year.

A HUGE THANK YOU to every member of the ACT Family that makes WORLD RECORD LEADTIME stories like this one happen over and over again.

In memory of ACT’s Senior Employee, Mr JC Swaney. He joined ACT’s staff in 1994 and helped make AKARD COMMUTATOR of TENNESSEE (ACT) what it is today. He was instrumental in crafting our first commutator builder’s handbook and helped establish many of our company rules. He was always eager to help through any situation by sharing his great expertise and he did so with humility and grace. He will be sorely missed. May he Rest in Peace
