We’re looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant who can also assist with basic sales tasks and customer communication. This role helps keep our operations running smoothly while supporting business growth.
📌 Position: Office Assistant / Administrative Support + Sales
📍 Location: Traverse City, MI (local office)
✅ Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling for job sites and crews
• Handle payroll, billing, invoicing, and customer accounts
• Process material orders and track deliveries
• Assist with sales tasks (follow-ups, quotes, warm leads)
• Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and provide estimates when trained
• Maintain organized office files and software systems
• Support management with day-to-day office operations
🎯 Requirements:
• Strong organization + attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and discussing project options
• Experience with office software (QuickBooks a plus)
• Multi-tasking and time management abilities
• Reliable, professional attitude
💲 Pay: Competitive, based on experience
⏰ Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
