SL Alabama celebrated a fantastic day at our 2nd annual Family Easter Egg Hunt! Associates and their families gathered for a fun-filled event with lunch, face painting, games, crafts, prizes, Kona Ice, and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny!
At SL, we're more than just co-workers -we're a community that supports, encourages, and lifts each other up like family.

The Jr. Leadership Lake Martin students spent the day with us for Diversity Day at SL Alabama! 🎉

Several SL Associates from a diverse background shared their personal journeys and how their experiences led them to their roles at SL. Students also toured our facility to see firsthand how we build our headlamps and taillamps 🔧✨

We wrapped up with hands‑on teamwork activities led by our educator—showing just how powerful collaboration can be.

SL Alabama spent the afternoon wrapped in pure holiday magic with surprise visits from Santa, the Grinch, and a cheerful little Elf. Sweet treats were shared, big laughs, and enough hugs to warm even the Grinch’s famously tiny heart. And as the Grinch reminded us, “Maybe Christmas doesn’t come from a store. Maybe Christmas… perhaps… means a little bit more!”

Attention!!! SL Alabama will have a late start-up due to a power outage at the plant. No first-shift associate should report at 6am. We are working with the power company to get power restored.
