Good evening, everyone!

First, I want to personally thank each and every one of you for coming out to support our first-ever Fish Fry Fundraiser this past weekend. We truly appreciate your support, your kind words, and all of the encouragement you gave our firefighters. Seeing our community come together made all of the hard work worthwhile.

During training tonight, our members started discussing ideas for our next fundraiser, and we’d love to hear from you!

One idea we’re considering is an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast featuring:
🥞 Unlimited pancakes
🥓 Your choice of sausage or bacon
☕ Coffee
🥛 Milk
🍊 Orange juice
🍎 Apple juice

We know several departments host pancake breakfasts, but our goal is simple—to provide another fun, family-friendly community event where neighbors, friends, and families can come together, enjoy a great meal, and spend time with one another while supporting your volunteer fire department.

So, what do you think? Is this something you and your family would enjoy? We’d love to hear your honest feedback—positive or negative! Your input helps us plan events that our community truly wants.

And don’t worry… our next Fish Fry is already in the planning stages! We’re looking at March of next year for another all-you-can-eat fish fry, with hopes of making it a twice-a-year tradition if the community continues to support it.

Once again, thank you for believing in us and supporting the Shannon Hills Volunteer Fire Department. Your support allows us to continue improving our equipment, training, and service to our community.

The Shannon Hills Fire Department would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came out today to support our First Annual Fish Fry Fundraiser. Your support means more to us than words can express, and because of this amazing community, our first fish fry was a tremendous success.

We would also like to recognize and thank our incredible sponsors and supporters who helped make this event possible:

🚒 Heartfelt Catering for preparing an outstanding meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received so many wonderful compliments!

As with any first-year event, the bumps in the road made it slower than expected, but we truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and encouragement. Every event teaches us something new, and we’re already looking forward to making next year’s fish fry even bigger and better.

Most importantly, thank you to every person who purchased tickets in advance, came out to eat with us, donated, and supported our volunteer firefighters. Fundraisers like this allow us to purchase better equipment, improve our capabilities, and continue providing the highest level of service to the citizens of Shannon Hills and our surrounding communities.

We are honored to serve such an incredible community and look forward to hosting many more events in the future.

🚒 FISH FRY TICKETS ON SALE TONIGHT! 🐟

Your Shannon Hills Firefighters will be in front of Family Market on Sardis Road tonight from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM selling tickets to our First Annual Fish Fry Fundraiser!

If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet, this is the perfect opportunity to stop by, say hello, and support your local volunteer firefighters.
