♻️METAL RECYCLING at GLASS ACT:
Did you know that you can recycle anything made of metal (except aerosol cans and butane/propane tanks) in the large roll-off trailer in our parking lot?
This includes tin cans, disposal aluminum bakeware, aluminum foil, wire coat hangers, jar lids, wire, even swing sets and bar-b-que pits….
Please keep recycling your aluminum beverage cans in the large bin by the building!
Here are some amazing numbers:
~ Glass Act has diverted 20+ tons of scrap metal from the landfill over the last 3.5 years!
~ Glass Act has diverted one ton of aluminum beverage cans from the landfill in just 5 months!

This morning we were honored to have volunteers from the Order of the Eastern Star/Lady Shekinah. These ladies definitely know how to find joy in their work! It was such a pleasure to work beside them and with them.
