Infinite Design turns 5 Today!

Can you believe it! Five years ago, we started this journey with a passion for design and a vision to bring creativity to life serving the Alexandria and surrounding communities. Today, as we celebrate our 5-year anniversary, we're filled with gratitude for the incredible clients, contractors, and supporters who have been part of our story.

From the first project to the hundreds that have followed, every design challenge, brand transformation, and creative moment has been made possible because of YOU! Your trust and partnership have allowed us to grow, evolve, and push creative boundaries and most importantly serve our community.

The WOW! Award recognizes a woman-owned business that has demonstrated exceptional growth, innovation and success within our community. This award celebrates the remarkable accomplishments and spirit of entrepreneurship of a woman-owned business.

Since 2020, Infinite Design Consulting has been in the business of architectural drafting and design services, including residential design, commercial design and virtual design. Their mission is to create beautiful, practical designs.

Katie has literally left her mark on our community in just a few short years as the Architectural Designer of multiple projects including Creative Touch Boutique, Woodland Dentistry, Dental Health Associates and D Mike's Resort Bar & Grill.

One of her nominators stated, "In working with her as the builder on these projects, I can tell you that she is one of the most professional, organized and prepared people I have ever worked with."

Another nominator stated, "She was able to communicate and navigate through large projects in a world predominantly occupied by men."

Katie also offers her architectural design services pro bono to several local nonprofits and donates her time to developing the next generation of designers at Alexandria Technical and Community College.

Katie was selected for this award in recognition of her hard work, grit and courage in owning her own business, and also for paving the way forward for aspiring female architects in a typically male dominated profession. She has not only made her mark on the community but has also gained the respect and admiration of her colleagues and business partners."

Hello! I realized it’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself. My name is Katie Botker. I’ve been happily married to the love of my life which will be five years in June, and we are thrilled to share that we’re expecting our first child—a baby girl—at the end of March! Yes, this is a bit of a cryptic baby announcement! We are overjoyed and so thankful for this sweet miracle on the way.

Let me take a step back and share a bit about my professional journey. I started my business, Infinite Design Consulting, nearly five years ago in February, with the encouragement of family, friends, and most importantly, a strong sense of God leading me down a path I never imagined taking. After leaving my architecture job of almost 10 years, I realized I couldn’t let go of my passion for creative projects and design work. That’s when this incredible journey began.

This year brings a new and exciting chapter—parenthood! As I prepare for this transition, I will be taking maternity leave for a few months to focus on my family.

I’m incredibly grateful to the clients who’ve shown unwavering support, from putting their projects on hold to sending thoughtful congratulations and gifts. Your kindness has been overwhelming in the best way possible, and I want to express my heartfelt thanks. You are the reason Infinite Design Consulting has thrived over the past five years. Thank you for your love, support, and encouragement as we embrace this next chapter. God has truly blessed us!

Did you hear? .alexandria has been named runner-up for Best Restaurant, Best Dinner, Best Appetizer & Best Fries in the Best of the Lakes Area and they’ve only been open a few months! How cool is that! Congrats Mike, Kellie, and team!

Hello beautiful town of Castle Rock, Colorado! ☀️ I had the privilege of being able to “swing” by and meet my clients in person today! Check out the progress its sooooo close to being done! The last photo is the final rendering we provided.

The amazing virtual world of meeting and imagery has allowed me to do projects all over the US (six states thus far) this is the first I have actually been able to come out and see in person! Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your refresh! You guys are crushing it! 🙌

We are FOUR today!! 🎉

Can’t believe it’s already been four years! What a fun journey it has been, so many great opportunities, exciting projects, and amazing people I have had the privilege of meeting along the way!!

Never in a million years did I think this little girl would start her own business, but yet here I am, four years in and feeling blessed!

Fun Fact: On February 12th, 2020, I decided to wait two more days to make my business official (on paper), just so I could share my anniversary with Valentine’s Day! All the more reason to share my most loved projects I’ve gotten to do over the years! ❤️
