C2 Association Strategies, LLC (C2) announced it has begun providing association management services for AphasiaAccess effective January 15, 2024.
Aphasia Access’ mission is to transform services and environments so people with aphasia can participate more fully in life. Aphasia Access supports speech-language pathologists, university professors, and students who serve people with communication disorders, including aphasia, and are committed to bringing healthcare delivery systems into mandated communication access compliance.
Sarah E. Wallace, PhD, CCC-SLP, ASHA-Fellow, President of the Aphasia Access Board of Directors noted, “Our task force conducted a thorough and competitive search and interview process. C2 stood out for their critical understanding of our field and mission, as well as the company culture of “people first”. After meeting Cameron, we found her to be personable, professional, flexible, and creative. Our board is excited about the opportunity to work with C2, and we were impressed that the company has a clear focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. After meeting with Cameron and reading their proposal, we saw that C2 would be ready to hit the ground running with some Aphasia Access initiatives already underway and would serve as a strong strategic partner prioritizing our success into the future.”
