The new year is a time to learn from the past and grow into who you are mean't to be.

During the hardest times in your journey to success, healing and growth you need a community surrounding you and cheering you on. It is also important to be taking advice from those who are where YOU WANT to be. While our family loves us and wants what's best, they may NOT know what you NEED to grow into this version you desire.

I am so excited to officially announce the addition of our newest Business Consultant.

I met in 2014 when she became my store manager at Old Navy. I was 24 and her mentorship and guidance laid an incredible foundation for my leadership skills. We worked side by side creating a high functioning staff. Navigating operational challenges and creating a place where customers felt like friends. Our leaders were just that leaders and it was the best team I have been a part of until now!

Over the course of 8+ years we held different positions, left retail management and tried to recruit each other to our endeavors.

Shortly after I started consulting and incorporated LMC I told Jen she NEEDED to join me and be a part of this revolution! It only took 9 months of watching what I was creating for her to say- she’s in!

It is the most incredible feeling getting to do life and now work alongside an incredible influence and mentor in my life!

Jen is overseeing the DC area small business community and collaborators. I am elated and so excited for what is to come!

Happy Small Business Day!

Loved getting to be back in Virginia and attend the Women in Business event put on by private bank and ! It was an honor to meet and the incredible women in attendance! I was later able to lead a Small Business Owner Night hosted by us and madeinalxva!! An event we will be continuing!
