Join Mentally Shredded Foundation on November 7 as we honor those who served.

We’ll come together for a 3-mile community run, a 30–40-minute RX workout, a community conversation, and a moment of silence.

We've hosted over 40 events in 8 months. Here's what we've learned: most event planners get wrong before they ever book a venue:

They start with the room. They should start with the energy they want in the room.

A corporate offsite needs a different ceiling height, layout, and sound setup than a live music night. A baby shower has different lighting needs than a film screening. A government team deployment needs power, privacy, and zero distractions — not exposed brick and craft b**r on tap.

When someone inquires about our space, the first question we ask isn't "what's your budget?" It's "what do you want people to feel when they walk in?"

That one question has changed how we set up every single event.

If you're planning something and haven't asked yourself that yet — start there. And if you want help thinking it through, that's literally what we do.
