Metal roofs have their advantages, but the ridge cap is a week spot. The seal metal roofs use can move, crack, shrink, dry out. Allowing bats to make their way around it and in the venting. We have the products and skill to deal with these things to permanently take care of these issues.

This is a good example of why spray foam isn’t good to use. Bats/Mice have made there way through this over time. Foam fills voids well, but it doesn’t last very well when exposed to the elements. There are better and more durable ways to bat proof.

In the one phot from the ground, this soffit area doesn’t look to bad. But in the close up photo, there is an opening under a piece of shingle. It shows the importance of getting up there and physically looking. Otherwise a person can easily miss something. And there was guano around this area which shows the bats were using that opening under the shingle.
