I'm happy to share that I'm part of this cool new MRAA Training 'N' Tactics, or "TNT," educational series launch for MRAA Silver and Gold Members. Each month we will have explore a training topic and have a new speaker. As host, I will also share some insights and next steps for implementation as part of TNT. The first episode "A is for Attitude" with Sam Dantzler launched in early February.

Training is important all-year-round, especially if you look to add additional staff this year or make big changes toward growth again. Have you heard about MRAA's new training series?
