Originally, a florilegium was “a gathering of flowers.” Over time, it came to mean a carefully curated collection of beautiful passages, quotations, and wisdom.

I am wrapping up the month of May by celebrating Older Americans Month in this meaningful conversation with author and life transition coach Sarah Payne Naylor.

At 83 years old, Sarah reminds us that aging is not about decline; it is about continuing to grow, contribute, learn, love, and continuing on your journey of Becoming.

Her wisdom challenges the belief that purpose has an expiration date and encourages us to maintain our voice, dignity, personal agency, and passion throughout every stage of life.

At Sacred Moments, End-of-Life and Legacy Planners, I am here to normalize conversations about mortality, grief, love legacy, and end-of-life planning. I call them whole-life conversations.
