Proud to attend the lineman rodeo at Central Louisiana Technical Community College here in Alexandria, LA this week. Instructor Brandon Schultz spoke, as did a student who shared a few words of gratitude. Kevin Murray, chief judge and two Cleco employees judged the events. There was an egg race, a changeout of a dead-end insulator, and pole top rescue. Then after the rain, the students did various tasks on a pole for time. Great to be part of this school's story and to help shape the next generation of lineworkers!
