Don't miss the first lecture in the WIA Lecture Series - Women's Health on Friday October 11th via Zoom.

Women go through many stages in her lifetime. From childbearing to menopause and everything in between, the health issues that arise at each stage are complex. For women in architecture, it can be more challenging given other issues such as gender bias and stereotypes that impact accessing and reviving care, mental health, and careers. Dr. Jenna Benyounes will touch on many of these issues and share how woman can overcome these obstacles, stay healthy and strong at any stage.

Thanks to those who could attend our Art of Gathering Book Chat last week! An extra special thanks to our host, Christi Carmouze, who embodied the message of the book and went the extra mile to make an artful gathering!

We had great conversations and a wonderful time, together and virtually! Christi’s efforts in engaging all of us in the discussion and being purposeful about gathering would have made Priya Parker smile.

Our next shame free book chat is in November for "The Secret Life of Sunflowers"

We had a great time at our summer social! thank you to all who came and joined us.
