My apologies for an issue out of my hands! The event space got triple booked & I was the odd ball out BUT a little rain not stopping me! We’re going to run it back for a new date for our private chef experience dinner but November 14th Terry's Taste, LLC will be taking donations for plates we will be serving ! Menu posted later on This week!

A perfect 30 minute meal for the cozy fall nights ! Here’s the recipe -
1 lb ground beef
1/2 yellow onion diced
3 garlic cloves minced
2 tables spoon onion powder
2.5 tablespoons beef bouillon
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/3 cup regular soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochujang paste
1/4 tablespoon Sesame oil
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup oyster sauce

Cook ground beef until slightly done and add seasonings and cook until fully done. Add in additional ingredients into beef along with minced garlic & onions.

Wash & cut steaks off 2 sprigs baby Bok Choy and cook in same pan until slightly done but stem has a slight crunch. Set aside

Add 1 can Coconut crème to sane pan & ( deglaze (scrape) pan for 4-6 minutes and add 1 cup bone broth and simmer on medium-low heat for additional 5 minutes. Serve with rice of your choice

I’m hosting my very first event -a private chef experience ! The tickets will be available TONIGHT when I upload the link! November 14th 630pm-9pm 3 course dinner with drinks included…this is limited to 10 people only to ensure I can give my upmost best service to those that attend.
