Claire Bonhomme knows what it means to show up for people in hard circumstances. With 10 years of nursing experience across long-term care, corrections and shelters, she brings deep expertise and genuine compassion to her work as a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner at the Miami VA Medical Center.

For Claire, caring for Veterans is more than a job. "It's meaningful to provide not only clinical care but also compassion and respect to a population with unique physical and mental health needs," she says.
