Culmen International attended Development Data Partnership Day 2026 at World Bank Group Headquarters in Washington, DC. The event brought together partners and practitioners focused on how responsible data use, innovation, and public-private collaboration can help address complex global challenges.

For Culmen, it was an opportunity to exchange ideas on how data partnerships can strengthen decision-making, improve operational insight, and support more effective outcomes across global missions. Premise, a Culmen company, has been a Development Data Partnership partner for several years, providing hyperlocal and timely data to support crisis response, humanitarian efforts, and macroeconomic insights for development partners. Through this work, Premise contributes to a broader partner ecosystem that includes organizations such as OpenAI, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and others.

We held our Spring All-Hands Meeting last week, bringing together employees — both on-site and remote — for an opportunity to connect with colleagues, engage with leadership, learn more about company priorities, and share operational insights from across the organization.

This year’s Spring All-Hands featured division booths and project displays that highlighted Culmen’s expertise. We also launched the Culmen Excellence Awards, by recognizing three employees for their contributions reflecting Culmen’s commitment to mission ex*****on, collaboration, and innovation.

Culmen was proud to support and participate in the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) 2026 Academic Research Competition, held April 20–22, hosted by our team and the Clinical Investigations Department.

Our team contributed to five accepted presentations—an incredible showing—with two earning first place. Both winning presentations will advance to the 2026 Navy-wide Academic Research Competition, which NMCP will host next month.

Recognition like this reflects the strength of our people and the impact of their work. A huge thank you to Simon Limage, Cheryl Hull, Lindsay Reesing, and Brittany Dellinger (PM), along with the broader team, for representing Culmen with excellence.

Dr. Jan Petras, Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Czech Armed Forces, Culmen Director of European Operations, represented Culmen at a recent Czech Armed Forces representative gala in Prague.

Held at the historic Spanish Hall within Prague Castle, the event marked the anniversary of the Czech Republic’s accession to NATO and brought together senior military leadership, government officials, and members of the Czech defense community under the auspices of the President of the Czech Republic. During the event, Dr. Petras had the opportunity to engage with senior leaders, including the President.

The evening provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect with partners and engage across the defense and security space, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in supporting shared missions and strengthening international partnerships.
