Demolition day: Doing the heavy lifting so you don't have to.

When water gets trapped under hardwood or glued-down flooring, there’s no shortcutting the cleanup. To save the subfloor and get the house completely dry, that damaged flooring has to come out—down to the bare subfloor.

In this video, I’m using our heavy-duty walk-behind floor scraper to tear up saturated hardwood. It takes serious horsepower and muscle to break through the old adhesive, but removing these compromised materials is the only way to prevent hidden mold growth and structural rot underneath.

Because disasters don't watch the clock, our team provides 24/7 rapid emergency response across Central Louisiana. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines helping local families and businesses stabilize their properties during sudden water emergencies—day or night.

What We’re Looking For:

Local & Central to Alexandria, LA: Must live nearby for rapid response times.

On-Call Midnight Readiness: You will handle after-hours emergency calls.

Vehicle & Safe Storage Required: You must have a truck capable of pulling an equipment trailer AND a safe, secure location (at your home or shop) to store the trailer and gear so you can grab it and roll out immediately when a late-night call comes in.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in water mitigation, structural drying, or navigating insurance processes.

Credentials: Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and the ability to pass random drug screenings.

If you love being out in the community, connecting with people face-to-face, and driving your own success, this role is built for you. You’ll build strong relationships with local plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers—helping us be the first call when a disaster strikes.

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of B2B or outside route sales experience (experience in trade services, construction, roofing, or insurance is a huge plus!).

Outgoing, charismatic personality: You build trust easily and deal with rejection gracefully.

Self-motivated & disciplined: You thrive on managing your own calendar and driving your route.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).

What We Offer:

$45,000 – $65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Target Earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+).
