That is exactly why New Parent Prep exists.

We talk through breastfeeding basics, newborn behavior, sleep and hunger cues, soothing techniques, and common concerns so you are not trying to learn everything at 2am.

💜 I’m getting ready for the next New Parent Prep class on February 14, and feeling so grateful for the families I’ve already had the honor of supporting.

If we’ve worked together, taken a class, or connected around feeding or newborn care, I would be so thankful if you’d consider leaving a Google review. Your words truly help other expecting parents find their way here.

And if you’re currently expecting and feeling curious about preparing before baby arrives, I’ll be sharing more about New Parent Prep over the next two weeks. It's a calm, supportive class focused on breastfeeding basics, newborn care, and those early days.

Thank you for being here 💜

I’m learning that living in my season doesn’t mean loving it every day.
It means staying.

Staying honest about what I have capacity for.
Staying open to rest.
Staying willing to say no.
Staying grateful without pretending things are simple.

I walk alongside people in the season of new parenthood, and I see the same truth over and over:

We don’t need better seasons.
We need kinder ways of living inside the ones we’re in.

What does kindness toward yourself look like right now? 💜

If you have the capacity to listen to a great podcast that helps with living in your season and being kind to yourself, please check out The Lazy Genius Podcast (or head to here on Instagram)

We’re living in a time when information about pregnancy, breastfeeding, and newborn care is everywhere but not all of it is accurate, evidence-based, or supportive 💜

My New Parent Prep Class is designed to be a trusted source of information in the middle of all that noise covering breastfeeding and newborn care in a way that’s practical, realistic, and supportive.

I want to make sure this class is offered in a format that truly works for families.
If you were considering a class like this, would you prefer it in person or online?
