This is where I’m at in my fitness journey.
I show up for myself and no one else. It’s not about having the smallest waste, nicest 6-pack, or strongest biceps. It’s about loving your body, feeling strong, and having the energy to do what you want to in life. I’m taking care of my body now, so I can be there for my future kids, grandkids, etc. I don’t workout to try and achieve the “perfect body”. There’s so much more meaning behind it.
