Today, we're shining the spotlight on Kylie Yount, one of our Resale Coordinators!

Kylie's Neighborhood journey began in July 2025 when she joined our team as a receptionist. Since then, she's grown into her role as a Resale Coordinator and found a true home with our Resales Team. What she loves most about Neighborhood is the people she gets to work with and the genuine support she feels from those around her, making her feel more valued and happier at work than ever before.

Outside of Neighborhood, Kylie is a busy mom of three, known as her M&Ms!

Happy Featured Friday!

This week, we're celebrating Lori Tortorici, our Senior Administrative Assistant!

Lori joined Neighborhood in July 2020 as a receptionist and was moved to Administrative Assistant just three months later. She loves working with people, helping homeowners, and supporting her colleagues work through questions and find solutions.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys traveling, especially to the beach, and making memories with her husband, their two Goldendoodles, and visiting her two daughters in Texas.

It's Featured Friday!

This week, we're recognizing our incredible Access Control interns for the impact they made this summer. With pool season in full swing, the Access Control team stays busy helping ensure our homeowners receive the access devices they need quickly and efficiently. Our interns played an important role in supporting these efforts by processing tickets, managing inventory, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Together, they processed 12,636 access control tickets and mailed 981 new access devices to communities. They were always willing to jump in, support their teammates, and help wherever needed.

Thank you for your hard work, teamwork, and positive attitude throughout the summer. We appreciate everything you've contributed and wish you all the best in your next chapter!

We're shining this week's Featured Friday spotlight on Justin Kennady, our Lead Community Association Manager!

Justin joined Neighborhood in April 2022 and has grown alongside the company, serving in Customer Care, as an Administrative Assistant, and a Community Association Manager. His journey reflects his dedication, adaptability, and commitment to our communities.

What Justin enjoys most about working at Neighborhood is the culture and authentic relationships he's made with his coworkers. He has earned his CMCA accreditation and received The Neighborhood Way 2026 Award for embodying our core values daily!

Outside of work, Justin enjoys riding motorcycles with his friends.

We're excited to bring back our Featured Friday series by highlighting the incredible people who make Neighborhood a great place to be!

First up, meet Ali Antunez, one of our Senior Community Association Managers! Since joining Neighborhood in February 2022, Ali has built lasting relationships with her communities and teammates. Her favorite part of the job is being someone others can rely on while making a positive impact every day.

Ali has earned her M-100 designation and is currently working toward her CMCA accreditation.

A fun fact about Ali is that she can play the trumpet!

For years, we've proudly served Colorado communities under the Haven Community Management name. But as we continue to grow, we're excited to officially bring our Colorado operations under the Neighborhood brand.

This isn't a new office or a new market, it's the next step in uniting our teams under one name while continuing to provide the same local service, trusted relationships, and dedicated support our Colorado communities have always known.

We're incredibly proud of the Haven legacy and grateful to the team members, board members, and homeowners who helped build it. As we move forward together, we're excited to strengthen the connection between our Texas and Colorado teams and create an even more unified experience for the communities we serve.

Same leadership, same team, same commitment to great service, now all under the same name.
