Reminder:
Over sixteen years of professional experiences in a variety of fields, most notably legal and medical, have presented many opportunities for both work and personal growth. Some of the traits I have that may set me apart from others in a candidate pool include: commitment to follow through, dedication to consistently aspire to achieve day in and day out, positive attitude, welcoming spirit, and a sense of humor about what the worlds of work and life in general have to offer.
My ultimate goal is to provide outstanding customer service, no matter who the customer may be. I try to be informative and discuss options with people. I am committed to details, organization, and continued learning to be the best asset I can be. I am conscious of deadlines and follow through techniques.
I have experience in marketing myself and am an excellent proofreader. I offer assistance to those who need the help with grammar, spelling, sentence structure, etc. Please let me know if I can help you, as this is something easily done no matter where you are located! I am utilizing a page on Facebook to inform others about my ability to freelance in proofreading and online presence administration.
Specialties: HIPAA, phone set up (voicemails, automated greeting, forwarding phone lines, changing greetings), acting as a liaison between patients and providers and customers and legal department / account representatives, proofreading of spelling, grammar, sentence structure, etc.
