Xbox series s in with no display. Visually inspected the hdmi port and seen some damage.

Got the console apart, removed the port, installed a new hdmi port, and new thermal paste.

This console is now back up and running and ready for more action!

Picked up this xbox 360 recently with the rrod (red ring of death), 3 flashing red lights and wont turn on. Checked the error which came up 0110 ram issue.

Removed the 4 ram chips and reballed each chip, flowed them back on the motherbaord, and it has been brought back to life!

New thermal paste has been applied along with a deep clean. Put in a new belt for the disc drive, cleaned, and greased.

Customer brought in this ps5 and a controller in for repair.

Ps5 had no display and the controller had stick drift.

The hdmi port appeared to be on visually but when I got it open, half of the pins inside were loose.

Replaced the hdmi port, cleaned the oxidation on the apu and heat sink and reapplied the liquid metal, and cleaned the console of all dust. I also replaced the joysticks with ginfull hall effects so this Customer with never get drift again.

This awesome blue sega game gear came in recently needing the capacitors replaced.

It was putting out a very distorted picture on screen.

I replaced all of the capacitors on all 3 boards, I forgot to get a picture of the power board, and this beauty has been restored!

The customer was very happy to get it back working as it should!

Got this gamecube in from the retro video game store that I work with RC video games.

This console was in need of a new shell which RC games provided.

Replaced all of the capacitors on the disc drive board and replaced the date and time battery on the controller board.

This console came out pretty awesome! Another gamecube restored and looks amazing!

Customer brought this nintendo switch in that was not charging.

The charge port was tested and in good condition which lead me to checking for shorts around the m92t36 chip. Found a couple capacitors that where short to ground.

Replaced the m92t36 chip and then tested again and its back to charging as it should.

Charged up this switch and tested further to make sure everything was working 100% again.

Another console brought back to life and ready for more game play!

Purchased this console as non working to see if I can get it back up and running.

The disc drive was completely shattered with pieces everywhere inside, a broken board and missing resistor on the front panel, and part of the power supply was broken off.

Glued the broken boards together the best I could, repaired the traces, found a compatible resistor, and purchased the parts needed for the disc drive.

This thing is nearly back to 100%. Powers on and switches between dvd and gamecube but will not read gamecube discs yet.

Update coming soon when its fully revived.

Got this xbox series x in. Customer complaint was that this console took a small fall and then would not display on their tv.

After a quick inspection, the hdmi port showed signs of slight damage.

Replaced the hdmi port, cleaned the inside of dust, and applied fresh thermal paste.

Another job done with a very satisfied customer!

Xbox series s came in recently with a damaged hdmi port.

After opening it up, I noticed this was going to need trace repair.

Repaired 14 put of the 19 traces and replaced the hdmi port. Triple checked to make sure all connections were good before powering it on. Replaced the thermal paste and cleaned out the little bit of dust.

This console has been revived and ready for more action.

Replaced all of the capacitors and a new laser. Fully taken apart and cleaned thoroughly. This console is back and looking better then ever.
