Our experience spans from educational, municipal and healthcare facilities, commercial retail and office buildings, to recreational spaces, and places of worship for a client base that is expanding across the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Established in January of 2005, MKSD architects is located in Lehigh Valley, and licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an architectural firm. Our firm is owned by three partners; Silvia Hoffman, AIA, LEED AP, Todd O. Hewes, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB. MKSD architects is also licensed to perform architecture in New Jersey and Delaware and is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of General Services and the City of Philadelphia as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) firm.

Meet MKSD’s Newest Architectural Designer… Danna Biello

We were thrilled to welcome Danna Biello to the MKSD team in February as an Architectural Designer! 🎉

Danna brings a strong background in Higher Education, K-12 education, and Luxury Retail and a passion for giving back to the community. She is currently pursuing her master’s in interior architecture at Marywood University, where she received her undergrad degree. She has been hard at work on a variety of project types and says she is most excited to work in healthcare for the first time, to “see what it takes to work on spaces that focus on wellness.” Danna also just celebrated her wedding in June!

MKSD was on hand to help celebrate ’s 20 years of inclusion, joy and community for children and young adults with special needs. This year’s Gala was held April 9th at De Sales University and MKSD was proud to be a sponsor of this event that raises funds for an organization that has such a huge impact on the community.

The room was full of energy and excitement as they gear up for this year’s spring and fall baseball seasons.
