I'm teaching my new partners to focus on one thing at a time. Yes we have multiple services, however it's extremely difficult for any new person to master them all at once. We focus on Energy & mobile first. Our goal is to get 3 customers ( including theirselves) knocked out in the first 48 hrs. Our next goal is to go after potential business partners. Show the plan first and if the timing isn't right , make them a customer second. Once we have the 2 new associates, my partners are turning those folks over to me to train properly. Make sure they are plugging in and repeating the same thing. While I'm working the new partners, they are showing the plan and adding customers to get to 15. Once these new associates show their friends and Family $1,650 and a tablet , how fast do you think the rest will be hopping on the train with us. This is exactly how you build a massive team. Utilizing your leader to the max. Working smart not hard. Plugging in and more importantly being coachable. In a few months these folks will be leaders of their own repeating the same thing I taught them. Don't just take notes, apply it with ACTION.

I hope that when she said "start saving", she didn't mean to put it in the bank for a 1/2% of interest! Millennial's will need 2-2.5 mil to retire, and that's just to keep their current standard of living! No social security and no pension funds, that is scary!
