Always happy to give back to our community!
So is Billy, look at that smile!

THANKS TO AID PEST CONTROL: Ever since we opened our Alliance Community Pantry 16 years ago, one vital factor that has allowed us to continue our mission of "Working within the community to end hunger," has been the consistent support from all aspects of our town.
In addition to our loyal pantry volunteers, we rely on the businesses, schools, community clubs and organizations, churches, other non-profits, and the generous members of our community who financially support our pantry to help us to provide food for our neighbors.
One special company in town has allowed us to consistently operate in a healthy, clean environment. That is Aid Pest Control! Ever since we opened, they have donated their services and have given our pantry a thorough monthly interior spraying, and at least once a year they do a complete treatment outside around our building.
Billy Arnold, pictured here, is the spray technician who gives our pantry a thorough treatment every month and we are indebted to him for keeping us pest free!

Watch out for scammers my friends!

Lately we've been getting calls from new customers who used another company, then came to us.

For example a homeowner had termites and used a company that was a little cheaper. They called us feeling like something wasn't right, and it wasn't. We went out to check on things and this other company used a cheap baiting system you can find at Lowes, on top of using this customers tools to install it.

Another company is going around Alliance soliciting. They are saying they know us and our customers aren't happy and they do a better job. This same company hacked our Google business account a few years ago, putting that we were permanently out of business and changed our phone number to theirs. So they weren't hard to track down. They are not local, they work out of Cleveland.

We are getting more calls like this lately.

Other companies doing business like this really dissapoints me. You'll never find me trying to knock down a fellow competitor with lies.

There's room for everyone in this field and respect goes a long way.

And with that off my chest, I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend! 😊

What a fun surprise! But am I surprised? Not really.

We have some of the BEST technicians who really care about our customers and go above and beyond!

Josh is always so willing to help our customers with anything they need or any questions they have. He knows how to put their minds at ease when it comes reassuring them we will take care of their bug issues.

And of course you guys! All of our loyal customers! Some of you have been with us so long our computer systems don't even go back that far 🤣. I can remember coming home from college and helping in the office. All of our customers were written on cards in a rolodex!

I'm so thankful for you all!

Meet the owners!

Hi! I'm Jen, owner of Aid Pest Control.
I took over about 3 years ago when my dad sadly passed away. He started Aid Pest Control over 60 years ago, and I'm so honored to keep it going for him.

Although I have only owned Aid for about 3 years, I've ran the business for 6 years. I have worked the office off and on since I was a teenager! Pest control has always been a part of my life.

I have so many hobbies and activities I enjoy!
Some of my favorites are baking, art, kayaking, music and fitness! On top of running Aid Pest Control, I host paint and sips, teach fitness classes at The Fit Club in Alliance, and bake all kinds of dairy free treats! I've recently been really into making sourdough bread. It's two of my favorite hobbies in one! Baking and art.

Meet Josh!
When you call Aid, you're going to most likely be talking to him! He started as a technician and now helps me in the office.
Josh is an avid gamer in his free time and loves to Golf. He's also the assistant coach for Sebring's middle school football team.

We have two kids, Alivea and Harrison.

Alivea participates in theater and show choir. She loves singing and dancing.

Harrison is our little sport enthusiast! Playing soccer, baseball, football and basketball.

We’re proud to continue serving our community with the same care and dedication Aid Pest Control was built on.

Thank you for supporting us all of these years!
