Between wrapping up busy season, planning for 2027, and keeping teams motivated, we know the green industry has a lot on its plate right now!

Day 2 of BBP’s Annual AM/PM Training in the classroom was all about learning, sharing, and connecting! 📚

We dug into Network numbers, mixed in some fun breakout games to get everyone up and moving, tackled interactive exercises, held peer roundtable discussions, and heard great insights from our BBP Leadership Panel.

We wrapped up the afternoon with our keynote speaker, Jeff McManus, who is the Executive Director of Grounds and Landscape at The University of Texas. Jeff brought incredible industry knowledge, fresh insights, and plenty of valuable takeaways for the group! 🌿
