Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless infrastructure, including cell towers, network sites, and related civil work.
Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and moving materials to prepare and maintain job sites.
Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment safely.
Assist in site preparation and clearing for wireless infrastructure projects.
Follow blueprints and guidelines to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
Ensure that all work sites are clean and organized.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, civil work, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy manual labor.
Knowledge of wireless infrastructure and site preparation is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans or blueprints.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Description of responsibilities:
• Must complete all required safety courses prior to working on any jobsite:
o Authorized/Competent Climber/Rescuer certification
o Competent Rigger Certification
o OSHA 10/30
o CPR First Aid w/ Bloodborne Pathogens
o Hazard Communication
o Capstan Certification
(All training provided by the company at no cost)
• Climb wireless telecommunication towers in excess of 300 ft using required PPE.
• Clean and prepare job site, tools and equipment, Maintain organization and good condition of tools and equipment on site, in the vehicles and in the warehouse.
• Perform pre-assembly of coaxial cable lines for installation; Measure for designated lengths, install cable connections, hangers, adaptors, and hoisting grips.
• Perform pre-assembly of antenna systems
• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment under the direction of immediate supervisor in a safe and responsible manner
• Install obstruction lighting beacons, and controls. Install coaxial cables from shelter entry ports; mount to ice bridge, trapeze and attach to communication structure (i.e.: rooftop, monopole, self-supporting, etc.)
• Load, unload, identify and distribute materials to appropriate location according to direction
• Perform as part of a team, identify needs and assisting
• Wear all necessary safety clothing as needed such as: gloves, hard hats, eye protection, seat belts etc.
• All applicants and Employees are required to pass a drug test
