This one started as a heavily fire-damaged home in Kitsap County. We worked alongside an abatement team to remove and export the burned material, then demolished the remaining foundation, backfilled, and brought the site back to grade.

Utilities are marked, the site is leveled, and it’s ready for whatever comes next. Always satisfying to see the full before-and-after.
