💧 ND LIVESTOCK PRODUCERS — this may be worth checking out!

The Drought Disaster Livestock Water Supply Assistance Program is now available to eligible producers, with cost-share assistance of up to 65% of eligible project costs, not to exceed $10,000 per project.

Eligible projects include rural water system connections, pipeline extensions, pasture taps and other new livestock water supply projects.

Sims Valley LLC is a LICENSED WATER & SEWER CONTRACTOR, and this is exactly the kind of work we do.

Chance has become a pretty important part of the Sims Valley crew. He’s hardworking, willing to learn, isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty, and continues to step up wherever he’s needed.

We’re pretty excited to see where the future takes him. Hopefully that means a long ways with Sims Valley! 😉💪

A solid build starts with solid groundwork!

Site preparation for this new 60’ × 120’ pole barn is complete and ready for construction. From clearing trees, stumps and debris to building and finish-grading the pad. It’s quite the transformation!

⚾️ From pasture to ballfield… just in time for game day! 🇺🇸

A little before & after of the field for tonight’s historic Sims vs. Almont baseball game! Our crew was happy to donate our time and equipment to help get the diamond ready for a pretty special night in our little hometown. 💙

Tonight we celebrate 120 years of Almont by recreating a piece of history, a baseball game first played right here in 1906!
