Do you enjoy hunting for, identifying, and winning sales? Do you strive to deliver substantive results that drive business growth? Do you enjoy working independently and developing your network by locating and reaching out to key decision makers? Do you own your accounts and actively seek to grow your pipeline?

At Cennox we are looking for a dedicated, growth oriented inside sales professional to join our Inside Sales Team to grow B2B sales. This is not a punch in, punch out position and as an Inside Sales Representative, you'll need to use your sales skills to build and grow your account base: turning prospects into loyal clients and partners.

If you are not afraid to call on and hunt for new accounts that grow your account base; to find and talk to stakeholders that can and will say yes; and to mine existing customers to find opportunities to expand current market-share, this is the opportunity for you!

The primary focus of this sales focused, customer-centric Inside Sales role is to develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of new and existing customers within the defined revenue target to support achievement of set sales quota. Using a CRM to record activities and interactions, this person will prospect and secure new accounts and new business within a set of approximately 100+ assigned accounts of less than $40MM in annual revenues each, according to set target lists.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record of conducting a high volume of cold calls with business owners daily to understand their business needs for Cennox's safe and security solutions. Working independently but with support, this person will apply their knowledge of the smart and traditional safes and commercial services to a full sales cycle experience: cold calling, prospecting, identifying customer needs, presenting Cennox solutions professionally, identifying and overcoming objections, and closing the sale. In this role, an ISR will use a multi-channel approach (calls, email, Linkedln , etc) to meet and exceed all revenue and productivity metrics, such as: daily call and sales activities, pipeline creation and development, lead handling response time and quality SLA's, lead and opportunity conversion rates.

*Compensation Details: Competitive salary and monthly bonus programs with no caps
