HMS continues our Women’s History Month recognition of the women who lead our business with our Chief Marketing Officer, Wendy Brant.

Wendy Brant leads growth for HMS in the Atlanta market. CMCA certified and a licensed broker, she brings over a dozen years of executive leadership in community association management. She has played a key role in the company’s rapid expansion, positioning HMS among the largest privately held association management firms in Georgia. Wendy focuses on customer experience and operational improvements and stays active in the industry through CAI events and ACAM CEO conferences.

In honor of Women’s History Month, we are featuring the women who lead HMS. Today, we highlight HMS' President, Tracy Henson.

Tracy Henson is President of Homeowner Management Services, Inc. and President-Elect of the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization supporting community association professionals. Tracy provides strong leadership across the company, overseeing daily operations, guiding executive teams, and driving performance. She also serves as a key liaison between staff and the Board while maintaining important industry and business partnerships.

Today’s Women’s History Month feature on the women who lead HMS spotlights our Manager of Client Accounting Services, Lisa Smith.

Lisa Smith has been with HMS for over 19 years as an Accounting Manager in community association management and brings more than 35 years of accounting experience. She provides leadership and guidance to the accounting team and oversees accurate monthly financial records for more than 250 homeowner associations, including bank reconciliations, investments, and reporting. Lisa also works closely with clients each day to address financial questions and support their communities.

With more than 33 years of experience in the finance industry in both Atlanta and Chicago, Janice plays a key role in the company’s operations.
