We now have the capability of automatically wrapping products in bubble wrap with our Super Wrap 500!

The Super Wrap 500 is a fully automatic sleeve wrapper. It is especially designed for sleeve wrapping newspapers, magazines, brochures or similar printing products as well as glasses and cans on tray in PE-film.

The slim is only 1100 mm wide and long. The servo-controlled seal bar is electromechanically driven and guarantees an extremely smooth and low-wear packaging process. The seal bar pressure can be accurately adjusted.

CPS & S, Inc. is an importer of Kallfass shrink packaging machinery. We sell automatic shrink wrap machines, parts and service within the United States and Canada. Kallfass shrink wrappers are utilized in a wide variety of industries including the food/bakery, building materials, cosmetic/pharmaceutical, and print industries.

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to:

1. Troubleshoot and work on custom shrink wrap equipment by performing the following tasks:
a. Learning and understanding the equipment
b. Demonstrating a high level of organization
c. Demonstrating proper quality control process:
d. Demonstrating proper measuring and troubleshooting techniques when issues occur
e. Effectively communicating issues clearly and concisely
f. Providing effective and clear communication on any issues
g. Doing the above safely and efficiently

2. On-site installations of equipment.

a. Install and re-commission equipment at the customer’s site.
b. Following all plant safety rules and acting professional

SKILLS:

1. Good understanding of mechanical components.
2. Know how to use a variety of measuring tools and convert between standard and metric measurements
3. Skilled in the use of mechanical hand tools and computers.
4. Skilled in troubleshooting
5. Knowledge of and skill in fabrication, machining, or electrical a plus.
6. Ability to safely lift up to 50 #.

EDUCATION

High school degree or GED at minimum

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Prospect must be willing and able to travel 50% or more of the time to various local job sites and possible out of state locations.

Fresh Fish Packaging

For food products fresher is always better and this goes especially for fish. To keep newly caught fish as fresh as possible, they must be packed before shipping. This is where the whole experience of Kallfass packaging machines comes into play.

The Kallfass high-speed fully automatic side sealer “Universa 500 Servo” along with the Kallfass energy-saving shrink tunnel “Compact 650 DD” can pack the fish perfectly, which have been placed on ice in Styrofoam boxes, fully wrapped in non-perforated shrink film. During the packaging process, the air is sucked out of the film and then the film shrunk in the shrink tunnel.

The result: a package in which no water can get in and no water can get out thanks to the watertight welds, so the fish can be safely transported around the whole world.
