So that is exactly what we did. We built a dedicated focus group environment entirely in-house, and spent time with the Greystar maintenance team members, where they evaluated over 300 products against the real demands of their jobs.​

Throwing it back to one of our favorite days of the year. 🙌 Our Town Hall brought the whole Benson team together to align on where we're headed, recognize outstanding individuals and teams, and celebrate the milestones that represent real commitment to our mission. We closed out the day at Main Event, a reminder that strong teams aren't just built in the workplace, but in the moments we share outside of it too. Grateful for every teammate who shows up, gives their best, and makes Benson what it is.

These past few months were packed with some truly memorable conferences, and we loved every moment of it! 🎊

Our team was all over the country bringing custom signage and event pieces to life. From playful carnival-style game booths to anniversary installations to spotlight banners honoring incredible people, it has been such a rewarding stretch.
