💧 **KitchenAid refrigerator leaking inside + freezer not cooling properly**

We recently serviced a **KitchenAid KRMF706ESS06** in the **Windward area of Alpharetta, GA** after the homeowner noticed water leaking near the interior vent area and the freezer struggling to maintain temperature.

During troubleshooting, our technician traced the leak to the **main water supply connection at the water filter housing**.

We removed and cleaned the connector, reattached it, and flushed approximately 2 gallons of water through the system. After continued testing, we found a tiny **pinhole leak at the connection point** that was slowly allowing water to drip inside the refrigerator.

The refrigerator was cooling normally, but the customer had one problem:

We inspected this **GE refrigerator, Model GTS18GBEJRBB**, and confirmed the issue was with the **ice maker assembly**.

Before replacing an ice maker, we normally check several possible causes:
