Sometimes we get called in to fix what someone else left behind. A previous contractor installed a sump pump that was discharging right at the property line — draining into the neighbor's yard. Not good. We rerouted the whole system: channel drain along the driveway, buried PVC through the yard, and a proper curb outlet at the street. Water now goes where it's supposed to go. If you've got a drainage setup that's causing neighbor issues or just wasn't done right, we can fix it. 💧
