Fannie Mae removed minimum credit score requirements effective Nov 16th! It used to be 620 score. That is gone now. Let's hope that the AUS system will be as forgiving! Lamens terms....If you have compensating factors ie...decent amount of money in the bank, low DTI and low score you can possibly be approved for conventional.
