Great job to our team in Boston!

📣Our ISA Safety Champion, Will Shield, met some officers in the field who are working security for the set-up for the Boston Marathon.📣

He met with them to discuss event operations, logistics and most importantly, safety. He took an extra step to reinforce our Safety Core Value with his officers. They of course were wearing their proper PPE.

Officers Maurice and Thomas demonstrated great professionalism in the field, as usual. They made it a point to help pedestrians that were confused or displaced by the closures and setup crews. Thank you for the great work our officers do, day in and day out.

After a brief investigation with fellow officers, an illegal substance was found. Your efforts and dedication are greatly appreciated. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES has Darris G. quickly and accurately identified and prevented access to guests with fake credentials!

His attention to detail and ability to notice the smallest discrepancies does not go unnoticed. Great job Darris on keeping our clients' facility safe!

🚨Shout out to Security Officer Talasia G.!🚨

Talasia G. worked at various sites and consistently demonstrates the importance of safety through thorough patrols and timely incident reports when necessary. We love getting so many compliments about her from our clients!

During the past week, there was an abruptly relocation of guards from one location to another, but that did not phase Talasia. She assisted with training the guards on gate access, equipment usage, time management, and scheduling breaks, all while emphasizing the significance of customer service.
