A simple but large outdoor kitchen/ Island seating we got installed before graduation season this spring! We had done a patio for this family last spring with plans for expansion this spring! It really finishes off the back yard for the ultimate entertainment house!

Spent the last week cleaning up this driveway and back yard! We installed a new driveway with a double paver accent. At the front, we got rid of the porch step and added new bullnose. This makes it feel like a large grand entrance, while only adding a few inches. Out back we removed an outdated water fall, which opened up the yard and a view of the lake. Thank you to all the local contractors who helped us complete this job.

Big news from the Ross Parcel Landscapes family:

We have welcomed the next generation of patio builders! Baby Parcel arrived on January 14th. He will be ready to start laying pavers… after his nap in Dads arm.

New Lake house patio we built this summer! This patio includes multiple levels for entertaining. We built a custom nature gas fire pit. Next year we will add an outdoor kitchen so we brought all the utilities in for that. Here are some pictures of the design and finished product!

Meet The Team.
Ross Parcel was born and raised in Alta, Iowa, where he still lives and operates his business today. He started his landscaping company in 2012 out of the corner of his parents shop, and has grown it into a team of talented employees. Ross Parcel Landscapes specialize in custom outdoor living spaces, outdoor kitchens, and lakeside shoreline design. Ross enjoy’s working closely with clients to design unique spaces that reflect their lifestyle and vision. “Creating dream patios and fresh outdoor environments is something I take pride in. I like being hands-on in the work, operating heavy equipment, and shaping land to bring new ideas to life.”
In 2025, Ross expanded services by opening a wholesale landscape supply business dedicated to supporting other contractors with reliable materials and service. RPL Products opened its doors and named Alex Stephan director of sales, a 14 year employee and long time friend.
