Alpacabizsos

I’ve been in the alpaca industry for over 20 years, and something I’ve noticed is how little space there is to talk openly about the business side of running a farm — cash flow, labor, systems, and the day-to-day decisions that actually keep things steady.

Not marketing. Not sales. Just the realities of running the operation.

I’m curious — do others feel the same?
Or is there already a place where these conversations are happening that I’ve missed?

Hi everyone! I’ve been quiet here, but not idle.

Chaos to calm. Guide the climb.

I’v been away applying this mantra where I operate best: as a Strategic Arranger in the field, serving as a fractional COO to turn complex business chaos into clear, scalable order.

AllacaBizSos is for the farm owners who feel the tension between the peaceful herd an the operational overwhelm.

I guide farms from chaos to confident, sustainable ascent. We build the operating system so you can focus on the life you love.

So much more to come 😊- Jody
