I’ve been in the alpaca industry for over 20 years, and something I’ve noticed is how little space there is to talk openly about the business side of running a farm — cash flow, labor, systems, and the day-to-day decisions that actually keep things steady.
Not marketing. Not sales. Just the realities of running the operation.
I’m curious — do others feel the same?
